About me

For the past 22 of my 32 year career as a fitness professional, I have specialised in teaching Pilates.

Why pilates?

Pilates is the foundation to an active life.

Ultimately, I want my clients to be strong enough to live life to the full – whether that be, gardening, golfing, running, ski-ing or sailing for many years to come!

With experience in the physiotherapy and rehabilitation sector, I know how effective Pilates can be in helping overcome backache, shoulder/neck pain, or hip/knee pain, often caused by muscle weakness and poor mobility.

One of the other things I love about this discipline is how simple and accessible it is to everyone. Working with your own bodyweight, often all you need is a mat.

About my classes

I am blessed with a high energy level and I am passionate about helping others to live an active healthy life. Focus in every class is always on correct postural and functional movement to help you live your life with ease and grace, play your sport with improved stability and power or purely have a good balance of strength and mobility to enhance everyday life and reduce the risk of injury.
